They met when Mel went out to dinner with her girlfriends and spotted the bartender across the room. Cue to around 6 years later and Andre convinced Melissa to go on a “work trip” with him to Paris. Of course she obliged and they were off to Paris. Little did Mel know, Andre planned the whole trip around his proposal. Getting engaged in the “City of Love” I don’t think it can get better than that!

Melissa and Andre decided to shoot the engagement up in Apple Hill in Placer County. It’s a well known place in the Sacramento Area and now I know why. It is seriously gorgeous and had the best fall colors.

We had such a beautiful backdrops everywhere! I think this might be my new favorite place.

The sun decided to show itself for a few minutes and we definitely took advantage. 

My favorite photos are  definitely the in-between shots. Just look at the cuteness!

We then decided to go around the corner where Andre and Melissa got some famous apple donuts and coffee! I found out that Andre is a giant fan of donuts so this was perfect!

Melissa and Andre, thank you so much for being so easy, laid back and fun to work with! You guys  are the best! I can’t wait until your wedding day, I already know its going to be amazing.
