Purple Orchid Livermore Wedding: Jess and Jashwal

It all started in Cuba when the two went on a spontaneous trip with friends and the one that planned it all was a mutual friend of theirs. After the Trip, Jess was in LA and remembered that was were Jashwal lived and after a few glasses of wine reached out to him to see if he would be able to show her and a friend around LA. What ended up was the of them going to dinner which ended up being their first date. The two hit it off and ended up in San Francisco.

It was a hot day at a the Purple Orchid but these two were s excited to finally get married after having to postpone their wedding two times due to covid. They decided they wanted to bring in both oof their cultures for the day so Jess received Traditional Henna while Jashwal wore a Sherwani paying homage to his Indian roots as well as during their small ceremony where they walked around the fire seven times to which wards off all evil. Dinner was held Al Fresco dinner surrounded by an olive grove which is the perfect scene that Purple Orchid Resort gives. When walking into the reception, guests were greeted with aa Lion Dance, a beautiful tribute to Jess’s roots. The two and their closest friends danced into the night.
